Free Trial

Users receive a free trial of 10 successful entries before purchasing a subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may request cancellation by contacting formsetusoftware@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable but does not automatically refund already used service periods.

Refunds

Because the software provides digital access and usage-based services, payments are generally non-refundable once service access or usage has started. Refund requests for duplicate payments, failed activation, or technical issues will be reviewed case by case.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method as per payment gateway and banking timelines.
