Use of Software

CRS Birth Entry Pro by FormSetu is provided as a productivity assistant for authorised users managing CRS birth registration workflows. Users are responsible for verifying all information before final portal submission.

Account Access

Users may be required to sign in with a Google account. Access, trial limits, subscription status, and usage quotas may be managed by our server-side systems.

Subscription

The monthly subscription plan is priced at ₹99 and includes up to 300 successful entries in one month. A successful entry means an entry for which a birth certificate number is generated.

Independent Tool

CRS Birth Entry Pro by FormSetu is an independent software tool and is not a government website, government service, or official CRS portal.

Restrictions

Users may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the software. Automated misuse, sharing credentials, or bypassing license checks may result in access termination.

Service Changes

FormSetu Software Solutions may update features, pricing, usage limits, or service policies with reasonable notice where applicable.
