1. Who we are
RCH Excel Entry by FormSetu is an independent productivity extension provided by FormSetu Software Solutions. It assists users with Excel-based Mother and Child registration workflows on the RCH portal.
2. Information processed by the extension
The extension may process Excel data selected by the user, including names, mobile numbers, addresses, dates, registration numbers, pregnancy or test-related fields, child details, location details, and other information required for the selected RCH workflow.
This workflow data is stored locally in the user's Chrome profile using extension storage so the user can review and use it for entry. The extension enters selected data into the RCH portal only when the user initiates the workflow.
3. Licence and payment information
For licence access, we may store the signed-in Chrome account email, detected RCH Login ID, an extension installation identifier, trial dates, paid access period, payment or order reference, and licence status in Supabase.
Payments may be handled by Razorpay. There is no automatic renewal. FormSetu does not store your card details, UPI PIN, OTP, or bank password.
4. How information is used
- To provide Excel review and RCH data-entry assistance requested by the user.
- To save workflow progress locally and show generated RCH numbers or failure reasons.
- To verify trial, licence, paid access period, and payment status.
- To provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain service security and reliability.
5. Data sharing
FormSetu does not sell user data and does not use RCH workflow data for advertising. Beneficiary Excel data is entered into the RCH portal only at the user's direction and is not sent to the FormSetu licence server or Supabase.
Limited licence and payment information may be processed by Supabase and Razorpay to provide access, confirm payment, prevent misuse, and maintain service security. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or for support specifically requested by the user.
6. Chrome permissions
The extension uses storage and unlimited storage to keep user-selected workbooks and workflow progress locally; identity and identity.email to obtain the signed-in Chrome account email for licence verification; and tabs to find and communicate with the user's RCH portal tab.
Access to rch.mohfw.gov.in is used only for the user-facing RCH workflow. Access to the FormSetu Supabase endpoint is used only for licence verification and activation. Browser permissions are used only for the extension's disclosed purpose.
7. Retention and deletion
Locally stored workbooks can be removed using the extension's Delete File controls and are also removed when the extension's local data is cleared or the extension is uninstalled. Licence and payment records may be retained for the active service period and as required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
8. Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. User data is used only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed functionality and is not used for personalised advertising, creditworthiness, or lending.
9. Security and user responsibility
Reasonable technical safeguards are used for online services. Users should protect their Chrome profile, RCH credentials, Excel files, and device access. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date.
