1. Service
The extension assists authorised users with Excel-based Mother and Child registration workflows on the RCH portal. It is a productivity aid and does not replace portal rules, official instructions, professional judgement, or mandatory verification by the user.
2. Eligibility and authorised use
You may use the extension only if you are authorised to access the RCH portal and process the relevant records. You are responsible for complying with your organisation's policies, applicable law, confidentiality requirements, and RCH portal terms.
3. Trial and paid access
₹1 provides access for 15 days. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit.
When the 15-day period ends, the extension will pause. The user can pay ₹149 to activate the next monthly access period. At the end of each paid period, another payment is required to continue.
4. User obligations
- Review Excel data and portal entries for accuracy before and after submission.
- Do not use the extension to access records without authority or to bypass portal security.
- Keep account, device, RCH credentials, and payment authorisation secure.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, distribute modified copies, or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.
5. Availability and changes
RCH portal updates, network conditions, browser changes, maintenance, or third-party failures may interrupt functionality. FormSetu may update or discontinue features to maintain compatibility, security, or legal compliance.
6. Access period
Access pauses automatically when the paid period ends or may be restricted for misuse, unauthorised sharing, security risk, or unlawful activity. Because payments are manual, there is no recurring plan to cancel.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for submitted data, official records, corrections, deadlines, and consequences of inaccurate or unauthorised entries. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
