Email support
For faster assistance, include the extension version, Chrome version, entry type (Mother or Child), row number, what you expected, and what happened.
Payment or licence support
Include the registered email or mobile number, payment date, and payment reference. Never send card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP, password, or banking credentials.
Protect sensitive records
Remove or mask names, mobile numbers, addresses, RCH numbers, medical details, and other personal information before sending screenshots or sample files unless those exact details are necessary and you are authorised to share them.
